I was very keen originally to go as an assistant coach when it was first announced as being held in Durban. Not as keen with it being in Joburg. Still would like to go but may well depend on the strength of the team.

obviously have to post soem numbers but I am 100% for 2011. Not this year unfortunalety due to a schedualing clash. But bright side I should improve my tech and equipement+++++++ by then and put up decent numbers

it's actually being held in Potchestroom which is about 2 hours drive from Joburg. And is definetly heaps safer. The SA powerlifting fed put on a very professional and awesome meet for juniors '08. It is being run by someone different, but he was fantastic to deal with.
There is also an awesome club in potchi.

Appreciate the news Anita. I competed at Sun City in 1999 at the World Masters. Great comp, fantastic venue.
That has certainly upped my chances of going.

It's a scary place. I saw someone get carjacked in front of me while stopped at the lights. Really frightening.
